If these are too cheap they'll be fake. Play safe, pay a little more and be certain you are buying the genuine thing. You won't get a genuine Dysons at vastly discounted prices.

Currys & JL seem to be the cheapest. £300 for a hair dryer? What else does it do apart from dry your hair?

I could do with one of those. It takes me about 30minutes to dry my hair....Id want it cut and styled for that price though :)
  • If you can wait, the prices will come down, but probably not until after Christmas.

I can see the benefit for hairdressers. The noise reduction and being seen to have the best will be a selling point for them, but if they can shave 5-10 minutes from every appointment, they can fit in an extra one every day.

But for a normal person with normal hair? It's going to take a long time to get the payback if you rush to buy now.

I've a sneaky suspicion one of my daughters may be buying me one for Christmas!
I know it's a a would lot of money but she can afford it and understands how much my hair woes get me down. I also do my mothers hair weekly and conversation is tricky with the noise.
I've a lot of thick long curly ahir which takes an age to dry.
Of course I've fallen for the hype and may well be disappointed but hope springs eternal !

It is mega expensive for a hair drier. I bought one as a present for my wife and she is delighted with it.
