So we have a less than perfect credit rating but all in the past and nearly off our record.
We applied with Nationwide as we have our accounts with them and after a consultation meeting they advised us to apply and then they declined. GREAT!!
We then went to a broker who put us through with ' The Mortgage Lender' - has anyone had any experience with these guys? from what i understand they are quite new?
We have nearly 30k as a gifted deposit (from my grandad) and it seems the whole process is taking forever....
