Wondering if there's any H2B Experts out there...!
Scenario: 1st home purchased with H2B Equity Loan as main residence. Owner owns no other property but rents a property elsewhere to live in for work purposes. In support of parents retiring, parents move into H2B property and pay a 1/3 contribution of mortgage as rent.
Is this allowed...? Any help or advice appreciated :-)

Nope.
It's supposed to be owner occupied only.
