Mortgage application with car allowance

Options
Hello

I earn an additional contracted car allowance every month which shows as a seperate item on my pay slip. It is taxable and I use it how I wish.

On mortgage application can I add this into my yearly salary or must I exclude it?

Thanks

    Yep.

Most lenders will add it to basic.
