i have been paying into a debt management company 4 years have have had a attachemt of earnings order today has this happend to any one as they want my employers name and i dont want them to find out can i take a secure loan or remortgage to clear debt i have no faith with the company

What is it exactly you have recieved today. Is it the notice of an application for an Attachment with an income/expenditure (n56) form attached. Your creditor would need a ccj before they can apply for an attachment. xPay Debt by Xmas 16 - 0/12000
