Yes, you fill in both the admission and defence forms and send them TO THE COURT

Thank you so much for all your help and advice. I am sorry not thanked you before today but been ill with a chest infection and been in hospital. I am sending all my information off today but fear it may be to late as they gave me Wednesday as final day..

Hi ya, please don't worry too much about this. Lowells are out to scare you into give them your money. Take your time, look after yourself and things will sort it out.


I have had 2 CCJ and with both they gave me an affordable amounts to pay. I would do what the National Debtline person said and pay your £1 a month. Set up a standing order and pay them every month, it will look good with the courts. If they do not except it, make a note of when you send it and when they reject.
