hi - we went a few weeks ago. it is good for younger children (mine are 2 and 4) there are a few rides the buffalo, bumping boats, caterpillar, sky rider etc, then there are several playgrounds, indoor play area, sandpits, boating lake and an animal area (most of which was shut when we went due to foot and mouth so we could only see the rabbits and smaller animals). Hope that helps, debxx0

It costs around £8pp to get in, if you are a family like mine 2 adults and 2 kids that is £32. If you pay an extra £18 on the day you can get a stay, play and explore voucher which entitles you and your family to go to 3 out of 5 attractions. These are twinlakes, twycross zoo, the national space centre, snibston discovery park and conkers. You get 3 little stubs oin this voucher and once you've been to one of the attractions they will take off one of these and stamp your voucher to say that you have been there. The only thing is you can only go to either of the attractions once so for eg.. you can go space centre, twycross and conkers, but you cant go to the same place twice. It is a good deal cos basically its like paying for 2 attractions and getting one free. These vouchers are valid until june 2008. |Well worth it if you can afford it, i've been twinlakes and my twin boys are 4 they loved it, so did i. Our next destination is twycross zoo in a couple of weeks, just hoping they've got a spare cage for the day for my 2 little animals!!:rotfl:0
