I really do sympathise with you. I've been in your position and it's not nice at all!
However, you do need to wake up and start being a little bit more realistic. You're clearly not reducing your food spend enough to make it sustainable; do you really need fried rice, fish AND a dessert for lunch? Seems like a lot of food.
If you need the food because you exercise so much, perhaps you should cut down on the exercise? Twice a day is a lot!
No matter how much you enjoy the cinema or eating out, you simple can't afford it on your current budget. It's hard but you'll just have to stop doing it because if you carry on things will just get worse. How about a movie night at home or dinner parties instead?
I know I'm being a little harsh but I think you're in need of tough love. You know the situation you're in now and you're not doing much to fix it.0
