Good mattress or topper for bad hip?

in I wanna buy it or do it
I injured my left hip years ago and always slept on my right side, but recently injured right shoulder so can't sleep on that. Can sleep on back but ot perfect. Think something soft might be the answer. Any suggestions?

    I don't think there is a magic answer, other than whatever's comfortable for you - find a bed store and go and lie on some mattresses and see if they help the problem.
