What do I do with it, other than drink it?
I stewed down a load of pears last night and unlike apples, they release a lot of fluid. I normally do this in smaller batches so the juice evaporates but on this occasion decided life is just too short, so drained the excess off rather than have the fruit turn to mush. I have about 3/4 litre.
So what can I do with it? In days of old (last year
) I would have reduced it down and added sugar to make a cordial / syrup for desserts, or perhaps then added pectin and turn it into jelly sweets. But now I am sugar free (for that read sweet taste free), these options aren't available. Is there anything useful I can do with it?

I would use it to make porridge, instead of milk or water.0
