    Hmm, my SOA? I do work this out quite a bit myself and try and constantly manage it. I'm on a fixed rate mortgage (4.99 - glad I did that, although worried for when it runs out in 18 months, but at least I've got some time) and I tend to be constantly looking for better deals on one thing or another - just changed my G+E (annoyed with moneysupermarket though because they took 7 weeks to do it). I might get all my numbers together though and post it next week.
    Though no one can go back and make a brand new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending

    Definately post your SOA. One of the really great things about this forum is that there's so many knowledgable people on here happy to help everyone they can! It will help you for certain.
