Can anyone offer me advice my daughter bought a top from 'simply be' catalogue last year at some point, she never paid for this top and they immediately slapped on two £12.00 charges - she tried to argue the case with them and got nowhere - now time has moved on and according to her account with simplybe - she has encurred two £12. charges per month for the last 7 months - now that £25.00 top has arrived at £172.00 - anyone offer any advice on how to sort this out??

Why didn't she pay for it?
Check the terms and conditions she would have had to have agreed to them when placing her order, see what it says about late payments. You could try and argue that they are unlawful (similar to bank charges) but they may not be sympathetic.
Can you not at least pay the £25.00 back for the goods she received anyway.
