Just had a phone call saying I have won a runner up prize for holiday accommodation but they want an admin fee is it a scam should I run a mile? cannot afford to loose money and she is phoning back in an hour

Any real competition win would never ask you to pay an admin fee to claim your prize.0

read it but they said nothing about a time share told them I had not heard of asking for admin fee for a prize and they said it was because I was a runner up will stay clear though0 -
If someone calls you asking for money in order for you to receive a prize its a scam. That's pretty obvious.August-September 2017: Lots of stuff
