Advice on what to buy when in Los Angeles

I am going in a few weeks to Los Angeles for a week (Disney) and wondering what bargains others get when in America.
Thought I would stock up on good quality anker charging cables, toothbrush heads and perhaps some clothes.
Was planning to use amazon.com and get things delivered to an Amazon locker when over there.
Really want to hear from others what the "Must buy" buys are over there.

If you are going to LA, body armour and pepper spray.
It's an absolute hole.
Try to get out of LA and go up the California coast, or some of the national parks. This is the real America, and a lot safer too!0 -
Thank you for the travel advice.0

I like LA. Like anywhere it has some very rough parts, but if you're out at Disney you'll be well away from these.
I'm not sure there are many great deals now the exchange rate is so low. However there is an outlet nearby, which should be good for clothes, trainers etc.

Tell me about it, we were driving through it and up on a hill somewhere was a wooded area with loads of ramsackle huts, broken down vans etc, I thought it might have been some sort of festival but it turned out to be grotty suburb. You got near the place and loads of people sort of loomed at your out of the woods, a bit like the Walking Dead 10 years prior.
I love the USA - or at least the landscape and nature but some of it is an absolute sith hole, in San Francisco there is Union Square which looks exactly like the post cards and films..but you walk 200 yards in any direction, and its just squalor.
I'd be up at Big Sur, Yosemite or Joshua Tree National Park if it was me, much more civilized!0
