things you only have by comping

I have a handmade oak toilet seat worth £250
I had to make a template of my toilet and send it to them as it wasn't on their list of popular toilets (probably due to the fact that it's ancient and not posh enough!) :rotfl:
You may wonder why I entered this - I had just started comping and went mad entering every comp on the board and this was the first thing I won. I'm more selective these days0 -

This is why I don't talk about my comping hobby just like the fight club motto . I recently won a £50 gold power cube that charges up phones when you are out which I would never have bought."And may the odds be ever in your favor."

That's a great prize. At least it will get daily use
I won a Dip San loo brush the other day.. at £60 I'd have never bought it, but it is very good0 -
I've won some random things over the years. The best one was a soy sauce shaped USB memory stick. I also won a pretty patterned frying pan which was a nice surprise.0

My latest win, that I wouldn't have unless I won it from a competition is £70 worth of temporary tattoos and fancy eyelashes which included these:
I think they are very pretty but not something I would buy or sure where I would use the eyelashes.
The tattoos are very cute though and I'm sure there are many occasions I can use those.Thank you to everyone who posts competitions and good luck to everyone who enters.0 -
A glass iron, an ice cream maker, 6 sewing needles, 2 wicker picnic hampers, a Wolverine morphsuit, also won a £60 bog brush... the list goes on. It seems all I ever win is the random stuff!
I have thoroughly enjoyed it all though (with the exception of the morphsuit. And maybe the bog brush, because they're not really inherently 'enjoyable' objects)0 -

A gorgeous big F&M whicker hamper which I've always wanted which now sits on top of the fridge freezer like I'm some yuppie type with a designer kitchen lol! Some lovely jewellery I'd never have bought, and one of those gorgeous massive chrome type lanterns in the garden. Some of my fave prizes!
Jx2024 wins: *must start comping again!*0
