Mortgage product withdrawn not sent application

Hi, we just had a bid accepted on a property, and was just about to post the application form but have noticed that the product is not available on the website and any of the other search websites, now we did the application on the phone on the 15th August and the Mortgage advisor said that they would honour the illustration for a little while if the product was pulled but did not say how long this would be. Just worried now. Would anyone know on average how long this is?
Thanks for your help.

It varies, some lenders would not allow anything, some a month (assuming the Decision in principle had been done) and others a week.

Who is the lender?
Norwich and Peterborough, decision in principal done. Just what was remaining was to send application form, think they pulled the deal on Monday. Did the application on the 15th August so product withdrawn on the 29th August, the advisor at the time did say product popular so should send application in asap but would honour the decision in principle for a little while but I forgot to ask how this would be.0 -
