Hats- easy for little people to "dress " themselves, my nieces favourite was a pink cowboy hat from the poundshop.0

My nan had a silver lurex dress she wore to a wedding many years before I wore it as a dressing up piece (it had been worn once and hung in her wardrobe and no longer fitted) it became my princess dress as a child and eventually my other nan sewed wings onto it and I became the most well dressed of the heavenly host in the church nativity. Another item was a long blue dress belonging to one of my nans (again worn once) was turned into a Victorian lady dress - with a bonnet made out of the remains that needed to be removed to fit my 9 year old hight ... this was made for a school production but won me a prize in a fancy dress comp a few months later.
Get family members to sort through wardrobes and see if anything pops up.
As a teenager I wore the suit jacket my grandad bought for my parents wedding my nan half lined the sleeves with Laura Ashley fabric so it was visible on the rolled up sleeves - in the 80's a lot of my schoolmates parents were paying top dollar to achieve that look.Dogs return to eat their vomit, just as fools repeat their foolishness. There is no more hope for a fool than for someone who says, "i am really clever!"0 -
Small handbags too, for little girls to fill with a pretty hanky, empty perfume bottle, Monopoly money, old door key etc.0
