Thanks - this has got to be one of the most intriguing freebies I've seen. Maybe Dad will like some. Hehe.
Just entered and it's more like a competition, I think there are only 150 available?0 -
just sent off for some, it says competition entry after you filled it in so it might be pick of the draw, but fingers crossed!!0

The cactus freebie is more like a competition, although I noticed in the T's + C's that 'all entries will receive a complimentary recipe booklet plus money-off coupon'. Maybe the thread title should be changed to mention the booklet as it seems more like a freebie?
Great spot though.0 -

I'm a big fan of Mexican food (apart from the drink with the worm in it), but I've never tried cactus. Sounds fun! Thanks!0

Thank you, new to all this, but sliced cactus, wow who could possibly ask for more!:T0

Thanks a lot OP!
The name for the cactus is actually Nopales, they're very nice, better fresh though, but good to see they're being sold in Britain now. :j
If you want REAL recipes of Mexican food, feel free to ask, I'll be glad to share. (Plus it's Mexico's Independence day today!)
And the drink with the worm is Mezcal, and I don't like it either _pale_0
