Not sure if you have to be a club member to enter. There's nothing in the T&Cs stating you have to so I suppose you could try entering without your membership number or just sign up before entering

Join us in celebration of our 150th Anniversary and fantastic investment at Macdonald Randolph Hotel with a short break for two including two nights’ bed and breakfast and our very famous Celebration Afternoon Tea.
Winner will be picked at random and contacted by e-mail. Competition closes on 19th September 2016
Terms & Conditions
Prize is subject to availability. The prize is for two adults on a bed and breakfast basis for two nights staying in a Classic room. Prize also includes a Celebration Afternoon Tea for two people which must be pre-booked with the hotel. The prize must be taken by 31st March 2017. Excludes the periods 23rd December 2016 – 3rd January 2017 and 10th – 15th February 2017 and may also exclude school holidays and other public holidays. Travel and transfers to and from the hotel is not included.

If you go onto their website you can sign up to the club and it gives you your membership number immediately.
