when you write the last letter saying you want all monies paid back because they cannot provide a signed cca - has anyone ever actually ever got their money back?

or - what did happen when you got that far?

thanks

  • Yes I have on 2 occassions but only from the DCA's not the original creditors - didn't want to push it too far  but the creditors did remove the defaults eventually. Both of these were catalogue accounts.
