1. This competition is valid within the UK including Northern Ireland only. It excludes the Channel Islands and Isle of Man.
2. This competition is valid to residents over the age of 18 only.

7. The registration for this competition will commence on Thursday 1st September 2016 @ 00:01.

9. Makeover consists of:

         Colour: White, Pale Seaspray, Soft Truffle or Dove Grey
10. A Laura Ashley Eversham double mattress.
11. A Laura Ashley double duvet cover, 4 x pillow cases, double bedspread and double deep fitted sheet from any of the Laura Ashley ranges up to the value of £480 (inclusive of VAT).
12. A Laura Ashley Design Service consultation for the winner’s bedroom.
13. £2,500 (inclusive of VAT) voucher towards the Laura Ashley collection of window shutters, supplied and manufactured by Thomas Sanderson Limited.
14. £2,000 (inclusive of VAT) voucher towards the Laura Ashley Brintons Carpet collection supplied by Brintons.
15. £500 (inclusive of VAT) Laura Ashley Gift Card which can be redeemed in Laura Ashley stores in the United Kingdom only.
16. The above prize values can be used as full or part payment towards products stated.
17. If purchase price of products selected is less than prize amount the difference is lost.
18. If purchase prices of products selected exceeds prize amount the winner must settle the difference.
19. One (1) winner will be notified by Thomas Sanderson on Tuesday 4th October 2016.
20. Prizes are to be taken by 20th December 2016 and as the competition is a “bedroom makeover” all of the prize components listed in point 7 must be utilised in 1 bedroom.
21. Brintons will provide free underlay and fitting of the winner’s carpet up to 25sqm.
22. Laura Ashley will provide free UK delivery excluding the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.
23. Prizes are non-transferable.
24. No cash alternative.
25. Winner must own the property.
26. All competition entrants will receive a £250 discount voucher towards the entire collection of Thomas Sanderson window shutters; this is not restricted to the Laura Ashley collection. In order to redeem the discount voucher a minimum order value of £1,000 applies.
27. All entrants’ supplied information will not be circulated to any third party and is strictly for use by Laura Ashley, Thomas Sanderson and Brintons to update consumers of future promotional offers and activity.
28. This competition is subject to product availability.
29. Employees and direct family members of those working for Laura Ashley, Thomas Sanderson or Brintons cannot enter or win this competition.

31. The competition winner agrees that Laura Ashley, Thomas Sanderson and Brintons shall be allowed to take photographs and/or video(s) of their bedroom before and after the makeover. All Intellectual property rights of such photographs, video(s) or other information taken for the purpose of the competition shall belong to Laura Ashley, Thomas Sanderson and Brintons.
32. This competition is for a limited period only and Thomas Sanderson reserves the rights to amend the terms and conditions or terminate the competition at any time.
33. Thomas Sanderson’s decision is final and binding. No correspondence or any form of communications will be entertained.
34. Thomas Sanderson reserves the right to amend any time periods and event dates if it considers necessary in the circumstances.
35. By entering the competition, you the entrant are responsible for ensuring that the property is suitable for window shutter installation. All window shutter installations are subject to a technical survey. Thomas Sanderson reserves the right to withdraw the prize/discount voucher should the property be deemed unsuitable.
