Problems logging in to Love It! Magazine

I've been having problems logging into the VIP area of Love It Magazine, and wondered if anyone else has had the same issue? I've tried the password reset several times, and it never ever works, and I just can't log in at all. I've just tried to re-register using a different username and email address, but I've not received a confirmation email.

I've just had to reset my password and the email came through after 3 or 4 minutes so maybe give it another try!0

The site seems to struggle if more than 1 person is trying to use it and is best avoided when it is near the closing date for the competitions or just after a new issue comes out.0
