Advantage flexishare mortgage

Has anyone had experience of dealing with this type of mortgage, I am currently in the throws of seperating from my husband, the house will be sold and I will have about £13K, I earn £23K a year average house prices around here are about £130k for a small 2 bed house, I can afford about £700 per month, after researching and speaking to a broker, they don't think that a high street bank would lend me the amount I need (I also have a credit card of about £6k).
My broker has recommended going for an Advantage flexishare mortgage, has any one any advice about them.
