Partial settlement mark question

Hi
In a couple of weeks I'll be in a position to offer F&F payments on my debts. Ironically I've had a letter from Wescot asking me to call them to offer me a reduced settlement figure and that they will then put a partial settlement marker on my credit file.
Should i be happy with this or asking for something else?
Thanks

You can ask for it to be marked in full but they will probably say no0

Hi
A partial settlement marker is normal for this type of arrangement. The defaulted debts will drop off your credit file entirely 6 years after the original default date anyway.
