Hi guys,
Just as i thought we were all set to purchase our dream house, which took three months to find, i hasten to add.
My broker contacted us this morning and stated that when he looked on his system they he could not find the package from Abbey we had received a principal offer for. Infact now he couldnt not find any 100% mortgages at all from Abbey. I begged him to contact them to see if there was anything they could offer.
Im at my witts end as we have out an offer on a house, and i dont want to lose this property. There is no way we could raise a deposist in such a short space of time, plus it would decrease our multiples, if we got a loan.
Please can someone give me some useful advice, as i seem to be leading my broker at the moment. If the estate agents find out about this then they will possibly put the house back on the market!

From the Abbey website:
The current Residential range will be withdrawn at 10pm on Monday 17 September 2007. FULL applications must be submitted by this time in order to secure a booking on this product.
However, are you sure Abbey was the best 100% option for you, there may be other better deals, as it sounds like your adviser is not that on the ball if you are having to push him .I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it. Hi
Ive now informed my broker about what you advised, he contacted Abbey and indeed you are right. They gave him the new product number and we can continue with the application.
Thank you so much, lets hope the application now goes through.
If you have any details on any other 100% offer please get in contact with me, i always like to have back up.
Thanks
