Only UK residents are eligible to apply to receive a free sample and must be aged 18 or above. Only one entry permitted per household. No bulk or third party entries will be accepted.
There are 10,000 19ml tubes of Colgate Sensitive Pro-Relief available.
Successful applicants will be sent their sample in the post to the address provided within 35 days.
By applying for a sample all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
