I did the survey and got told the three products but didn't see a message saying they would be sent out. I think you may have to go to a salon to collect???0

After it asks for your email and you have submitted did you click where it says receive your free samples ? That is when it asked for my address and said my samples are on the way0 -

Yes I got that message and then received an email showing me what they had recommended and telling me to take it to a local salon0 -
