Will these freeze?

Looking to try something new with my blackberry surplus, and thought these might be nice to add to my packed lunches.
But as there's only me to eat them, do you think they'd freeze ok?

Blackberry pie bars.

All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

I would say so as they are in bar form .Soft fruit like strawberries don't freeze well on their own, well they do but go a bit mushy when defrosted I have frozen all sorts of cakes biscuits etc and they always defrost OK.
A bit like the Christmas mince meat slices I cook with knocked down mincemeat in January that you can buy for about 10p a jar from most supermarkets. My DGS love them as they get tucked into their lunchboxes
Try one overnight then defrost it tomorrow and see what you think I freeze almost anything that is surplus apart from lettuce :):):)
  • They would not freeze in house of The BoP!

    Nom Nom!
