Details of the Competition:
3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to heart.co.uk, register their details and answer a question.
4. Online entry will open at 006:00:01 on the 29th August 2016 on and close at 23:59 on the 4th September 2016
5. Entrants must correctly answer a question and submit their answer.
6. 1x winner will be chosen at random from all correct, eligible entries. The winner will be notified on the contact details supplied at the point of entry.
Eligibility:
7. The entrant must be 18 years or over.
8. Entry is restricted to one entry per person;
duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.
Prize:
9. There is 1 prize package to be won (each a “Prize”). 1 winner will be allocated the Prize. The Prize includes the following:
10. The prize is 1x package of Sky Q subscription & Sky TV Free For 18 Months.
11. The 1x Sky Q subscription & Sky TV Free For 18 Months consists of:
• 1 x Sky Q Silver subscription for 18 months at no charge (Sky will loan the winner a Sky Q Silver box and Sky Q Mini Box at no charge)
• Sky Movies and Sky Sports subscription at no charge for 18 months
• No charge for Smart Features Fee
• Free standard installation provided by Sky subject to the Prize Conditions (as defined below)
12. The following terms shall apply to the Prize (the “Prize Conditions”):
12.1. The winner will be required to enter into a new Sky Q subscription contract. If the winner is an existing Sky TV customer, your Sky digital, Sky+ and Sky+HD subscriptions will come to an end and you must enter into a new Sky Q subscription contract.
12.2. After your 18 month Sky Q Silver subscription comes to an end, standard subscription charges will apply (currently £54 a month for Sky Q Silver and £34.50 extra a month for Sky Sports and Sky Movies), unless you change or cancel your package, giving Sky at least 31 days’ notice.
12.3. You must be over 18 and resident in the United Kingdom.

14. A broadband subscription (to experience Sky Q Silver features to the full, we recommend connecting your boxes to home broadband)
15. Sky Box Office, Sky Store purchases/rentals, Stand-alone Premium Channels, or pay-per-view services and events
15.1. Watching on an extra TV screen comes at a one-off cost of £99 and we’ll loan you an extra Sky Q Mini at no cost (recommend connecting no more than 4 Sky Q Minis in total)
16. Prices, programmes/channels are subject to change.
17. Engineer set-up required.
18. The winner must get any consents required (e.g. landlord’s) prior to installation.
19. Sky will contact the winner to arrange installation and prize delivery. Winners must redeem the prize within a year. Winners who are in a current pay-TV contract with another provider may defer their Prize for a maximum of 12 months from the date of winning. If a winner does not redeem his/her Prize within 12 months from the date of winning, this could result in loss of the Prize. If the winner has a previous uncleared debt with Sky the winner will not be able to take up the Prize until this debt has been fully cleared.
20. There is no cash alternative to the Prize or any element thereof and unless agreed otherwise in writing the Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable.please be a responsible pet owner & spay/neuter your pets, too many strays & not enough homes for them sadly.
