My order arrived today, I am very disappointed.
I ordered a peplum top but there is a hole in the front which has been stitched up & its glaringly obvious.

If I return to store does anyone know I get a refund I paid with paypal please.

    :)

    No reflection on OP ♥

But my Ann Harvey top is just a huge square with a couple of cuffs sewn on for arms.
You win some you lose some. Not paying to return it - a few pegs behind my back :D like the photo - right as rain ;)

Have a look at your delivery note (but if it's faulty, the seller has to pay the postage for you to return).
  • Sorry to hear that people have had bad experiences. After posting, I really questioned it. £10 off a £15 spend and delivered to the door.... There will ultimately be someone losing out as a result.

Love the pegs idea! - Bon Marche Ann Harvey is shockingly poor compared to the original company, so disappointing.

If you were considering the dressing gown its now £6 off so the purchase would be under the £15 target...but the code doesn't work now anyway regardless of basket total....not to worry.
