Hi all
I'm after a bit of advice. What exactly constitutes a true signed copy of the CCA agreement?
Does it require just the borrowers signature or both the borrower and the lenders signature?
I'm a little confused as i asked a lender for a copy of my signed CCA agreement and they sent it ( fair enough) but it contains only my signature no signature on behalf of the lender? Just wondering if that is what constitutes an acurate signed copy?
Also does anyone have a link to the relevant legislation explaining what constitutes a signed copy.
