Multiple Work Pensions - Separate or Combine

Hi all
Over the last 15 years, I've managed to have 4 different stocks and shares work pensions with 1 of those currently being paid into.
The others are ticking along nicely with just what I put in them (which has now stopped) and each one has increased about 10% in the last year with interest etc
I'm happy with the current arrangement, but am I missing something i.e. apart from the ease of having one pension, what are the pro's and cons are combining the pension?
