New washing machine

In the market for a new washing machine.
Need one which is good a removing stains, has a half load say 4kg quick wash of an hour or under and is under £400.

Does anyone have access to Which reports? I've had the £1 trail in the past and it won't let me have another.

It really does seem to be a minefield out there, why do they have so many brands/models?

Narrow the search considerably by only considering AEG (John Lewis - also AEG), Siemens or Bosch with a 5 year warranty, or if you can get one for budget a Miele.
  • My Samsung eco bubble 9kg load in an hour 5 year warrant cost £400 I'm really happy with it and it looks smart in grey.

Which programme is this? Looked at the manual and all programmes seemed long, apart from quick wash which was only 2kg- I have 2 teenagers so need a bigger quick wash

John Lewis complaints about long wash times, have looked at the entry level Miele £620 with 5 year warranty but ago long wash times.

I know 'fast wash times' are not always the best for cleaning, but I am disabled and I vary from day to day. If I put a wash on at night or delay timer- long wash, I may not be able to get it out of the machine/peg it out the next day. So need a short wash

Daily wash is an hour, there is another one which is definitely under 2 but it's running st the moment so couldn't tell you which! I find the hour wash plenty good enough for most things other than really dirty work clothes. :T
