Morning, well done losers:T:T
 hope OH is recovering well Lois, shame about the golf;)
Happy Anniversary Emmylou, enjoy the weekend celebrations!greentiger wrote: »No one force fed me, there were better options available today, it’s down to me and me alone.
This really resonated with me, and probably with a few others. It's really hard some days and it is down to you to make the right decisions but as the kids would say we've got your back :grouphug: you can do this, you have all our support.. just think of us doing thisnext time you go to make an off-plan decision, surely that's enough to put you off!;):rotfl:
Thanks for sharing fozziebear, we all have days like thisas long as you enjoyed it and can get back to plan today then it's merely a blip!:D
We cooked the lamb and chickpea Balti from the new curry book last night, but with chicken. It's really filling, not very hot but lovely spicy flavours. We served it with a bit of rice and Bombay potatoes (also from the book). There are some lovely recipes but I need to get some more spices in to make them. Also going to get some of those metal curry dishes as I have an excuse for them now!:rotfl:
No plan again todayOH is off recording with his band so I've the place to myself.. :j trash tv and rom coms for the day for me and the cat.
Have a good one xx (and if you can't be good, enjoy it!)Mortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.0 -
Another day another plan
Keep forgetting to pour a measured amount of milk into a jug for the day to keep track of milk in coffees (OH always forgets to use it when making me coffee anyway and then lies when I ask him)
So far two coffees with sugar (just half a teaspoon I really can't stand sweetener) and a late breakfast of Shreaded wheat with banana to sweeten it and a bit of milk.
I did have a weak moment the other day and bought a plain chocolate Bounty but it remains untouched so far. Not even checked the syns for it yet.
Used the other half of the salmon and sweet potato mix, I had left two slices of whole meal out to dry out to make breadcrumbs but OH tidied them away into the bin so just dipped them in egg with no crumb and fried them. Just as yummy but not quite as filling.
Need to meal plan better this week , OH is open to choosing SW recipes even though he doesn't want to follow the plan at the moment.I Would Rather Climb A Mountain Than Crawl Into A Hole

Afternoon all, well done losers and hugs to those in need :A
Woke at stupid o'clock again and felt lousy for a few hours, no energy etc. Feel a bit better now though.
Wi and lost the 1lb I gained last weekwas surprised after last saturdays binge of (huge) bag of Doritos and a Chinese
Not been a bad week at work although young man did throw a space hopper at me (coulda been worse, coulda been a brick :rotfl:). Yesterday was brill though!
Have been asked to take on a course which will gain me an extra qualification but researching it I think theres too much for me to take on especially with all the support I'm doing. I think I'd end up even more stressed and probably signed off (oh there's a thought :rotfl:).
Think I will turn it down, I do enough as it is.
Off to the dinosaur park with my other charge next week so off plan food as can't eat salad and keep him contained. Probably gain next week then.
Hope everyone has a good weekend despite the change in the weather. Keep the faith all :AIts not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

More good losses. Well done folks!!:T
Just got back from lunch for DGD's birthday. She chose an American style diner so I had a chicken Caesar salad with a side of fries and shared a plate of nachos to start. probably maxed on syns but could have been even worse if I'd shared the chocolate brownie ice cream but I opted for another glass of merlot instead. If I'm having syns I might as well choose my favourites!:rotfl:
Around that my food is SW friendly today.
B: NAS grapefruit, kippers HEB bread, HEA milk for drinks
L: as aboveburger (1 syn) onions, patatas bravas, green stuff (mange tout, asparagus, peas).
Syns: too many:o0 -

Another day another plan
So far two coffees with sugar (just half a teaspoon I really can't stand sweetener) and a late breakfast of Shreaded wheat with banana to sweeten it and a bit of milk.
.
And the rest of the day ......went (non food mainly) shopping and was starving and bought and scoffed two bags of Tescos beetroot crisps gorgeous but 4 syns a bag however less than normal crisps I suppose. Made Spanish omelette tonight with zero syns so overall not a bad day. I'll snack on fruit later if I need to.I Would Rather Climb A Mountain Than Crawl Into A Hole

Good evening all! I hope everyone is well!
Food today has been better! (Taste wise at least!)
Breakfast - 4 pain au chocolat's (whyyyyy?!!), orange juice, some bread thing. Was good.
Dinner - meat balls, cheese pizza, lots and lots of salad! Finally some salad! I feel like I've behaved a bit more today... Although I haven't really! But the good news is, we only have 3 days left and my size 14 shorts still fit so that's something positive!
Well done to those with losses and hugs once again for those who need them xxx0 -
