I've got this week off with the babies *dances*
Simple meals as I want to get to soft play and catch up with some friends rather than spending a lot of time in the house.
OH even has a day off in the week (a rare treat) so fingers crossed for some decent weather on Wednesday.
Breakfasts fruit and yogurt with cereal
For lunch I'm planning finger food - pinwheel rollups, sliced apples and carrot sticks.
Dinners will be:
Monday - Roast chicken dinner
Tuesday - Baked potato potluck
Wednesday - Moroccan chickpea, squash and sweet potato bake
Thursday - Macaroni bolognese with a baked lasagne topping
Friday - Smoky fish with beans & greensAlmost everything will work again if you unplug it for a few minutes, including you. Anne Lamott
It's amazing how those with a can-do attitude and willingness to 'pitch in and work' get all the luck, isn't it?
