Had this from my mortgage advisor
All docs now signed off someone will do the plausibility check now (either today but most likely Tuesday) and then offer will be issued…

"Good" that the docs are signed off, yes. "Plausibility check" = underwriter probably, so they will check over the application and issue an offer as long as the docs look fine and all the affordability and lending criteria are met.
Overall its not "good" or "bad" - its just part of the process. Good will be when the mortgage offer is issued.0
