Getting a mortgage with debt and post DMP

Hi,
Just wondering if there's any hope out there for us!
Me and my OH have a combined income of just over £51k in stable and permanent jobs.
We want to buy a house- we have a bit of money saved in help to buy ISA but my parents will be gifting is the majority of the money.
We have around £13k on credit cards and £1500 on credit accounts. were also always in our £500 over draft although I'm sure somehow we could get out of it.
I had a few accounts on an old DMP that I paid off earlier this year- one was £200 to barclaycard and I can't remember the other but it wasn't for much.
We also have about 4 late payments over the last 12 months. I'm sure none of this sounds particularly good.
Does anyone know if it would be possible to get a mortgage, even 70% loan to value?
Thanks

Doesn't look promising at all. You need to get to grips with your personal finances. That's a personal choice of course. How much do you wish to own your own home? If that's not motivation enough then perhaps ownership isn't for you. As not for everyone.0
