Travelling to the US from NI

I was wondering if there are any legal requirements for travelling to the US from Northern Ireland?

You may need one of the newer (chipped?) passports. I did the whole ESTA thing before that was a requirement.
Travelled once from Dublin to NYC and from Frankfurt to Anchorage.

Oh, as a part of the ESTA process you have to declare that you're not a terrorist and aren't planning to assassinate the prez. Better not lie about that
