University Games not sending prize

Hi all! :hello:

I won a game from University Games on Twitter nearly a month ago, I gave them my address and they replied saying they would send it out that week. I still haven't received the game, and have just noticed there have been 2 or 3 other games they've given away after my competition!

I was just wondering whether anybody else has had any problems with University Games, and if you did receive the prize eventually? I've DM'd them again asking when they think the prize might arrive, but still no reply. My kids were really looking forward to playing the game

The "normal" delivery time to receive a prize after you have informed them with your address details is 28 days

Hope it arrives ok without further delay.
I don't count a win as a win or tell anyone before I have received the prize so there is nobody else to disappoint if it doesn't turn up and no "has it arrived yet" to deal with either.

I won with them a few months ago, I had no issue with getting the prize, maybe just send a polite email saying you are just wondering if it will arriving soon as your child is excited!
