Aldermore Help!!!

Hi,
We have a mortgage in principle from Aldermore, this is a re mortgage and we used a house value of £87K. We have been advised they are coming to do a valuation, but we think the house is more along the lines of the £90K.
What i am asking is will Aldermore usually stick around the estimated valuation we gave on the mortgage in principal or if it is worth more will they normal reflect this?
Our broker said they dont always go out the way to give the higher end valuations?
Thanks

It doesn't matter to the lender, or matter which lender this is.
The surveyor will not value the property at more than your estimate.I am a mortgage broker. So regardless if it is worth £90k or more they will only give a valuation of £87k?0 -
