i have just received some Natures Finest goodies in the post (£2 off voucher, canvas bag and little pot of fruit) I won there weekly twitter competition a month or so ago and received the prize quickly which was the same as this except it also contained some fridge magnets.. so i'm thinking they must have sent this by mistake??? do u think i should message them?? i'm just worried that the prize was meant for someone else! x

The honourable thing to do is contact them by email or PM.
If all that is involved are some additional fridge magnets that you shouldn't have, there is every chance they will tell you to keep them. Given that the magnets were sent to you in error, it is their fault, so you are within your rights to offer to return them provided they cover cost of post and packaging. They can send a courier around if it's that important to them.
I run a lot of competitions for clients and I know that in our case, we'd just be glad you contacted us and as a gesture I'd let you keep the stuff because we're too busy working on other projects to worry about some magnets!
Hope you enjoy your prize!0 -
the magnets were part of the prize i did actually win.. it's the 2nd lot of stuff that i've received this morning that i think they may have sent by mistake.. I will DM them to let them know, just in case they we're meant to go to someone else! Thanks!0

I received a DM from them a couple of months ago, to say I had won a prize like this from them. I never received it. I sent them a DM to say more than 28 days had passed and I had not received it. They apologised and said they would send again. They had to ask for my address again, so I don't think their record keeping is very good. They did however keep their word and I received my prize.0
