Existing Customer Deals Yorkshire / Chelsea / N&P Building Societies

I read with interest the details on this thread from 2015.
Until a month or so ago Chelsea had a pdf on their site listing the mortgages available to existing customers. That has now disappeared. Instead is an online form which points you towards switching now (incurring ERC in my case).
Does anyone know if the existing customer renewal offers are still poor with the YBS group, or if they allow access to those listed for new customers?
I have a remortgage coming up with Chelsea and won't get their letter until 90 days in advance of my fixed rate ending.

Products and rates constantly change. You won't be able to reserve a new mortgage product until 90 days prior irrespective of the lender.0 -
Thanks gollum007. No fees good, but the rates aren't as good, which on a large mortgage isn't great news.
Thrugelmir, I wasnt looking to reserve now, just trying to see whether I should be gearing myself up for a switch of lender. Based on their new customer deals I would've stayed, but if Chelsea's existing customer deals are anything like N&P (and if the new customer deals aren't available for a product switch) then I'll be switching lenders.0
