I won some tickets in the Venus comp with Bauer Media, i got the info in an email from a lady saying id won. The comp stated win VIP with glamping, when i got the email it said

ongratulations, you have won Sundown Festival tickets with Venus. The exact detail of your prize is as follows:
2 x general admission tickets to the festival on 2nd, 3rd and 4th September
2 x standard camping wristbands

It says the camping people will be in touch, but i dont know if ive won glamping or normal camping and losing time as to whether i need to buy a tent etc.... I dont recall seeing runners up prizes does anyone please?

Smamfer, I got the same email as you and also haven't heard anything from the camping people yet. I see what you mean about losing time. Might even be Tuesday before they get in touch what with the bank holiday.

Hey everyone, I still haven't had an email through so bit worried as it's for this weekend and not sure what type of camping it includes, if any as I didn't ask on the phone.

This is the only comp I can find https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/5494395 which would make sense as it was Bauer Media that called me.

Can anyone that's had an email message me or let me know a number for me to call to speak to some one? Thank you x
