DAS/DPP - F&R test - anyone been here?

Anyone any experience of this part? That's me now officially awaiting this.
15 creditors, approx 11.7k debts, 16 installments proposed.
7 of the creditors actually responded. Six accepted, including one that makes up the biggest % (roughly 1/3 is owed to them).
The one which rejected is worth about 1.5% of the total.
All others didn't respond, so have been deemed to have accepted.
How long does the process take? I note on the DAS website, it says the F&R test has to take into account criteria such as:
"the extent to which the creditors have consented"
Does that mean the fact only one rejected goes in my favour? I'd like to think so. Especially as they are the 2nd smallest creditor in terms of value.
How long does this part of the process usually take?
