Hi,
Is there anywhere to put DLA income for our 5 year old disabled son on the new bankruptcy forms and can you protect those care costs from an IPA?
My wife is getting worried that the OR will take this money from us for the next 3 years when we go bankrupt.
Thanks

The OR cannot touch this money it is your sons for his needs. Put it on the form as income under benefits and all of it under child related expenses ( I think the heading is).
On the old forms there was a section at the end to put down other information. If there is on these forms then you can simply say that XX amount is your sons DLA and for his needs. No need for anything else.BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0
