So, to update, the creditors with proveable debts are (currently) -
Capital One
Lloyds
M&S
JLP
Give it a couple of months, then send the cca letters for the Barclays debt to Asset Link Capital to see if they have got all the correct paperwork.
Every debt that can be declared 'uncollectable' is a debt less to pay and a weight off the mind.
And Bank of Scotland (the CCA is in the paperwork we have). PRA Group sent the MBNA CCA for one of the accounts today.0
