No, so long as the stamp duty is calculated at the market price, and any capital gains tax is paid over, I don't know of a problem.Mortgage Free thanks to ill-health retirement0

Yes, the "Buying property from Someone you've had Sex with and Not Yet Broken up With" Act of 1987 would specifically prohibit this, (unless it was a one-night stand, and you haven't spoken to them more than 3 times in the past year)0
