Has anyone received a letter regarding the svr rate changing. I just went on the website to get the phone number as I needed to query something else, and it now states the svr rate is changing as from the 1st September.( when the interest rate was first announced, they stated that they weren't going to change the svr rate).
I spoke to customer service and at first she told me that it's only the tracker rate that was changing, when I explained that the website states it's the svr rate too she said it was only the loyalty customers rate that was changing. I again pointed out that the website states that the loyalty rate is also changing.
She then put me on hold I presume to look at the website, she confirmed that yes the rate is changing but she isn't sure if all the letters have been sent out confirming this. She really didn't seem to know about the rate change at all.
So was wondering of anyone had actually received any notification yet.

I haven't received anything yet either but had noticed they updated their website last week so hopefully we wil get a letter any day now.

The phone operators didn't seem to know that the rate was changing or when we will receive letters, she seemed to think it won't be before the 1st September as the website states.
I wasn't sure when it changed on the website, at first the website stated that they weren't going to change the svr rate.
Fingers crossed we all get letters soon although I'm not sure who the loyalty customers are considering it's a new company specifically set up for the customers from the nram sale.
