As Spoonhead says, if you can provide some more information people will be able to advise you. In addition to the questions Spoonhead asks, it would be good if you can summarise why you sent the prove it letter. e.g Do you dispute the debt entirely? Do you think you owe it but they may not have a credit agreement? Has it been a very long time since you ever paid anything towards the debt?

Did you receive anything that says 'Claim form', or perhaps 'Judgement for Claimant'?

Ok, you need to respond to the claim form with 14 days of the date of service. You can either admit liability, defend or send the Acknowledgement of Service. If you want to look into defending, either because they don’t have the CCA agreement or you think it’s statute barred, I suggest replying with the Acknowledgement of Service for now. It will grant you an additional 14 days to seek advice and file your defence.
I recommend seeking legal advice if you plan to defend. You could try:

Hi
I have also received this letter.
My debt relates to an overdraft, which has been sold on a few times and is now with Arrow/Restons.
They acquired it in 2014, the date of the agreement is 2004.
what is my next move ?
Do I ask for a copy of the agreement between myself and HSBC or Arrow ?
or is it, that as it is over 6 years, they cannot legally chase me.
Arrow have already had me for 12k on an mnba cc....0
