Got some reduced ones from tesco tonight from £2.15 to 32p bargain - but what shall I do with them...any ideas?

I once served them (boiled and peeled) on cocktail sticks, with celery salt as 'canapes'. They were the unexpected hit of the evening
PS use a small coffeespoon to peel them - makes the job loads easier.0 -

Put into cold water, bring to the boil, and simmer for 30secs.
I serve them softly boiled, cut in half, on a bed of salad leaves on a slice of toast.
